Catering that disappeared into the event
Good catering should feel inevitable — the right plate at the right moment, the room turning between courses without anyone noticing, the bar handling the rush before guests knew it was a rush.
The work started months before the day with a menu built around the guests and the venue, and ended with the last tray walking out the back door. In between, Michael’s of Denver was a single team coordinating the chefs, the captains, the rentals, and the timeline — so the host could spend the evening at the head table.
